Privacy policy

• Order: the delivery email you give at checkout. No account is needed.
• Inputs: the photos, names, topics and lyrics you add to make a video.
• Outputs: the videos we generate for you and their status.
• Purchases: offer, amount and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Usage: basic, privacy-friendly analytics with no photos, names or lyrics in events.

Only to make, deliver and support your videos, process purchases, prevent abuse and improve the service. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use your photos to train models.

To make a video, your photos, lyrics and the written prompt are sent to our video-generation provider, Kie.ai. Each photo is checked by SeeAPI for nudity or violence, and once by an AI vision service through Kie.ai to confirm it shows one adult or one pet and to describe what they’re wearing. The lyric writer also runs through Kie.ai. Other processors: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and private storage), Neon (database) and Resend (email).

Providers have their own retention rules. Some keep request logs for a period and delete inputs only on request. Deleting a photo in Raploom removes our stored copy; provider-held copies follow those providers’ policies. Contact support for help with a provider deletion request.

Phone transfers expire after five minutes. Their temporary relay copy is deleted after desktop receipt or cancellation, with expired copies removed by the next cleanup (scheduled every ten minutes). Database backups follow the database provider’s retention policy. Photos are stored privately and used only for your videos: photos without a completed payment are deleted within 24 hours; paid photos 7 days after your latest video, right after a refund, or as soon as you press “Delete my photos” on your order page. Videos stay on your private order page until you ask us to delete them.

• Delete your photos from your order page at any time; ask us to delete your videos and everything tied to your order.
• Videos are private: only someone with your order access can watch them.
• Ask for a copy of your data or account deletion through the contact page.

Only upload photos of people who agreed to it. Everyone in a photo must be an adult; photos that appear to show a child or a public figure are refused and deleted when you add them.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to public marketing pages. It can use browser cookies and request information. We disable advertising personalization, omit URL query strings from page views and do not send your photos, lyrics, email address or private order URLs as analytics events. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Private order and photo-transfer pages are excluded from our page-view tracker.
