How can we help?

What you can make today:

• You, a duo or your pet from your own photos, or an invented character you describe — rapping a four-line verse on one of five stages. Every video is a 12-second, 768P portrait MP4 with vocals and a beat.
• No account needed. You pay once at checkout and get a private order page plus an email when your video is ready.
• On another device, open the order link from your email and confirm your address with a one-time code.
• Photos are checked when you add them, kept private, and deleted 7 days after your latest video — or sooner if you ask.

Can’t find a video? Open the link in your order email. On a new device, confirm your delivery email with the one-time code to get back in.

A photo pass uses the same people and photos for its remaining videos. You can change the words and stage. Photos are kept for 7 days after the latest delivery. Remaining uses do not expire, but after photos are deleted you need support assistance to use them; changing people or uploading new photos to that pass is not self-service yet.
